Terms and Conditions

Customers submitting orders online agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out by Moda Brand Retail Pty Ltd trading as Shop Justice ABN 56 144 557 040. The following terms and conditions supersede any previous terms and conditions and we reserve the right to make changes to the website and this document at anytime.


Moda Brands Retail Pty Ltd does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

Moda Brands Retail Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Shipping within Australia and New Zealand

Online orders for delivery within Australia are dispatched via Australia Post and arrive within 3 - 7 working days from dispatch. A flat rate of $10 AUD applies to all Australian deliveries $120 and under. Shipping is free for orders over $120 to addresses within Australia. A flat rate of $20 AUD applies to all New Zealand orders.

International shipping

We currently deliver throughout New Zealand. If you’re not in Australia or New Zealand and would love to get your hands on some Justice gear, drop us a line at info@shopjustice.com.au with the country you’re from and we’ll prioritise our international roll-out to suit demand. We do not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply. International customers will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives. A flat rate of $20 AUD applies to all New Zealand orders.


Orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days of order confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock. We will endeavor to search in store for styles if they are not available in the online store warehouse. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.

Acceptance of goods

The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify Justice Australia Online Orders immediately. Goods may be returned providing the garments are unworn with tags in tact and accompanied by the receipt. 


Moda Brands Retail Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD).

Returns and exchanges

We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. For this reason, we welcome an exchange or full refund on online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original labeling is in tact and items are returned in an unworn condition. 

To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice please email info@shopjustice.com.au with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (item name, colour and size). This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment to our  Online Team. If the style you require is ‘out of stock’ your replacement item(s) must be selected from the current range available at shopjustice.com.au. Alternatively a credit note will be issued for 12 months. 

To return your preferred choice to you, a $15 postage and handling charge for Australian orders and $25 postage and handling charge for NZ orders will be applied once we receive the item you wish to exchange. We will contact you to process your payment.  The “Exchange or Faulty Items return form” enclosed in your delivery must be completed and returned with your garments.

Please note: 

  • Moda Brands Retail Pty Ltd will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. 
  • Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
  • For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
  • You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with you order.
  • In the event that your product is lost in transit, we will not be held liable and therefore recommend that you send all returns via Register Post.
  • We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. 

Damaged or faulty goods

Refunds will only be applied if the product is damaged or deemed faulty. Moda Brands Retail Pty Ltd reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a credit note issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 72 hours of the garments arrival.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet been shipped.

Typographical errors

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Moda Brands Retail Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.

Moda Brands Retail Pty Ltd will make all reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. 

In-store policy

Justice Australia stores will happily offer an exchange in store for online customers, provided all store labelling is intact and the original purchase receipt can be produced.  Exchanges can be made in store for another colour, a new size or an entirely different style, if returned within 14 days of purchase. In the event there are no suitable items for exchange, a store credit will be issued. 

At our Justice Australia stores we pride ourselves on providing quality product to our customers. In the instance where a garment is considered faulty we will offer a refund or replacement, for the full purchase price upon receiving a copy of the original tax invoice and if returned within a reasonable time. 

Refunds are not accepted for change of mind purchases or if the item is no longer suitable (wrong size/style). Due to health regulations, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on swimwear, underwear or earrings unless the items are considered faulty. Shopjustice.com.au is not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without providing proof of purchase.
